Master Step offers a superior underlayment for support of a laminate or floating wood floor as well as superior in room sound suppression. Master step not only controls in room sound, but exceeds most all multi-unit dwelling Impact Sound (IIC) requirements (certification available).
- BUYING TIP! Not only will Master Step help insulate for sound, but it will also add to the floor insulation. Master step adds a .5 r-value to the room, as well as help cover minor sub floor imperfections associated with installation over concrete floors.
